both are underrated when it comes to comparing them with classics like Illmatic, Ready To Die, The Chonic, Doggystyle etc...I really think both are on par with those albums

Infamous is generally considered on par with those albums. Hell on Earth isn't. Personally, only albums better than Hell On Earth is:

Even regional classic is iffy. It's a great album. I need to revisit. I haven't heard it in 15 years. I was listening to HNIC earlier today :prodigylol:
To kee it a buck, neither album is a classic.
And I don't think it's crazy to say Streetz in better.
