It's not a horrible start. I think it should be more, but this would still change the lives of a whole lot of people. Between my mom and dad that would take care of their house, and have enough to chill. Especially since they both have retirements coming up.

Black folks going to do that regardless. People dont understand how black people drive the economy. That money isn't enough. It should be:

1. 375k
2. Large government grants for black business. Meaning they shouldn't have to pay it back.
3. Land. Lots of it
4. Free Education/Loan forgiveness.

This isn't nearly enough for the bullshyt black people been through. It's just a logical start.
