I don't think he outrapped him on Ironman. He did have one of my favorite verses on the album in Faster Blade though. Soul Controller, After the Smoke is Clear, Fish, the way he conveyed urban poverty and emotive display in All That I Got Is You? Nah, Ghost got that. Ghost is just a way better artist than Raekwon. I feel Rae fans say he got him on Ironman to make up for Cuban Linx.

Rae for the most part in his career uses the same flow and at the time of Linx 2 and his MBDTF feature he sounded asleep rapping. I remember you saying Nas flow was one dimensional but he's used more flows than Rae. I've listen to Rae and it's been 20 years of Pyrex visions, storytelling songs, and geography bars. He's in the same boat as Kiss and Pusha T for me. He is one of the most one dimensional rappers there is not to say he's not good.

I disagree with 90% of this, but we'll have to agree to disagree.

I think Nas is definitely more one dimensional than Raekwon when it comes to flows tbh.

You're talking about types of songs Rae is doing. That might be one dimensional song content. But his flows are always changing and adapting. That's one of his strengths. Maybe you get that illusion because he always stays on beat? Idk...

Also...are you formerly ISOMELO? Coz that dude got on me hard for shytting on IWW lol.

Another thing I disliked about Cuban Linx 2 were the hooks, Wu's hooks been :trash: the whole 2010's the last group album they dropped suffered from the same problem.

It Was Written is one of the sharpest displays of flows ever, the average man would trip over his words reciting those poems we call verses

Nas has rapped over more varied production, took risks with double time and singing flows, has one of the most recognizable voices, never sounded as bad or asleep on the mic like Rae did circa 2010.

Listen to Nas Album Done or Life is Good, Nas still sounds good rapping. :francis:

Yeah I am

So far gone > No Ceilings.

Too much much lil Wayne dikkriding
Wayne was still on top though.

He had the streets and mainstream.

So far gone was barely any rapping anyways lol wtf

Drake didn't takeover until 2013 tbh.

Once he dropped started from the bottom and Versace it was a wrap

Nas is unquestionably a better rapper than Raekwon. No matter how you slice it.
At the end of the day though...Nas only got one album better than the original OBFCL. And that album is Illmatic.

I've credited Nas for still sounding great...he hasn't lost a step

I just think Rae has more varied flows...that's all

you're confusing concepts I think about the delivery or voice or whatever

anyway this is another debate for another day
