I don't think Worthy is on the same level as the rest of those players.
Otherwise, good list.
Wade 2009
They gave it to him because he had the Lakers winning pre-Pau trade in a year they wasn’t expected to make the playoffs. They were 28-16 before the Pau trade.Does anybody think that 08 MVP either should've went to cp3 or kevin Garnett?Seems like they gave it to kobe as sorta a lifetime achievement award
2016-2017 was definitely an MVP caliber year for Kawhi in hindsight. Not yet career-wise, but there is a good chance he can if he keeps up his regular-season + playoff momentum for 3-5 more seasons.
Kawhi hasn't given an MVP-caliber regular season yet. Last year was the closest to it, but he won't have one until he plays over 72 games with 25/5/5 and a top-seeded Clippers..

The Hornets were the number 2 seed though and won just one less game than the Lakers. The years things makes it interesting. CP3 in 08 came to mind, but you had Kobe doing Kobe shyt on a top seed. You had KG on a 66 win team. So realistically what is his case? Same with Wade. I see a lot of mentions of the 09 season. He was a beast.
ITS PROBABLY ELGIN BAYLOR FOLLOWED BY JERRY WEST
WORTHY IS ON THAT PIPPEN TIER FOR SURE
WE TALKIN BOUT A GUY WHO COULDA BEEN A FRANCHISE PLAYER HAD HE BEEN ON ANY OTHER TEAM
THERES A REASON HE WON FINALS MVP OVER MAGIC N KAREEM
I like Worthy, but he was an average rebounder, didn't stand out as a defender or passer
Pippen was a great defender, great passer, good rebounder for his position. He could do it all.
Worthy won Finals MVP in 1988 because there was no clear cut MVP up to that point (Magic was slowed in the playoffs that year by a groin injury), and he had an exceptional Game 7
