Vorenus comes back from the army and is told the seed is actually from his eldest daughter.

Pullo gets info that Vorenus family ain't dead but sold to slavery.

Vorenus eventually rescues his kids but they hate him because they think he killed their mother and his eldest daughter got ran through as a slave. Even starts thottin' it up with a henchman employed by her father's enemies and giving them information.

Vorenus almost chokes out his daughter to death for betraying him.

The kids pretty much don't forgive him until they get the full story and that's at the end at the of series where Vorenus is about to die from fatal wounds.
