I get audited multiple times a year with what I do and their on my ass about every little detail and the majority of the time, they don't even know what they're reviewing.

The only reason musk is "right" on military spending is because he wants to redirect more of it towards his own pockets.

I don't see why this is a problem or even remotely controversial.

The government does waste billions and it should be audited. No one can deny Musk is right about that.
I don't trust Musk though and his ulterior motives are the issue.

These dudes are playing in our faces saying we can't afford universal healthcare, education or social programs while they waste our $ with little oversight.

Bernie is basically calling Musk a hypocrite. He is also pointing out the immense volume of fraud that takes place at such high levels of corporate/military intertwining.

Corporate....... military....... and political........ the country literally cannot stop producing equipment it doesn't need because of the way that the production is distributed to many different locations....... try to shut any of them down political pressure is applied to who the representatives of the areas are because of the jobs that would be lost.......... the companies have effectively shielded themselves from being completely shut down due to political aspirations and nobody willing to do the hard thing........ which is another reason why leaving all that fukking equipment in Afghanistan was not a big deal......... without the proper maintenance and tools most of that shyt is decoration right now anyway
