Yeah, Uncle Bun sounds like an Alc beat. Daringer has never used the drums like that lmao, but Alchemist has plenty of times.
I had fun with this album as I didn’t pay attention to credits but looked at it obviously and knew alc did 7 and daringer did 5. I didn’t look at it again until today looking at the credits on tidal track by track and I was wrong on some of my predictions of who did what beats. Billy joe sounds like daringer. I’ve enjoyed this album to the point where I’m taking my time with it noticing new shyt everyday, every song bumps.

Legit it had like 4 elements that sound just like Al and almost none that sound like Daringer. And Billy Joe sounds way more like Daringer.

I wonder if they made a mistake on the credits like they did on TT3, or if something else went on there.

I'm 100% with you. Track 7 is Al and 9 is Daringer. Got to be...

Oh and that LP is incredible. Only complain like somebody said is that Cole joint is not a good intro song.

At this point this gangsta shyt is played out.

It’s actually nikkas like Durk that’s making it new and refreshing with the melodramatic piano soundscape and melodies.

These nikkas been doing this sing songy gangsta shyt for like 10 years now :comeon:

But it's a problem when dope rappers actually just rap......

Yeah, nah :camby:

It’s not a problem I fukk with Benny and the album.

Nah, it’s not 10 years Durk changed his sound like 2017/18.

I’m talking about when nikkas say they’re “generic” it’s like yeah this gangsta shyt has been kicked a million times. :manny:

Sounds like you’re not really a fan of hip hop, just a fan of what’s popular. You were a fan of rapping when it was popular. Now it’s singing that’s popular so you’re on to that. Nothing wrong with that. That’s most people.
