I always go in the sauna after a workout, only boxers, people go in there fully clothed, I don't understand that. Others go in their completely naked, I don't understand that either. The heat relaxes your muscles reducing the chances of you being sore the next day. And all the sweat you're doing in there flushes out all the toxins from your body. I also go in there to pray and meditate and use it as a way to spiritually flush the toxins out of me as well. I hate when I am in their with my eyes closed praying and a stranger decides to speak to me. Some people just cant handle silence, I suppose. But long story short saunas are very beneficial.

I am nothing short of a hot sauna steam and whirlpool connossieur. Some prefer otherwise but for me mostly post workout and somedays I go to the gym just to use them only

I use them at minimum 4x a week...theres gonna be alot of internet benefit claims etc. but over the years this is what ive gained

our facility is co-ed

- I dont always use the hot sauna and steam on same days, our hot sauna at the facility regularly about 190degrees. So post workout ive long ago noticed after using about 10 mins once out of there a few minutes my heartrate slows down and after a room to cool temp shower, it puts my body and mind in a state of calm and even if its really hot and humid outside like yesterday 94 it felt good all day. It may seem strange but I dont use it often in Winter other than pre workout to artificially raise my temp..when i do use it post Im cold all day/

The wet sauna is what me and the wife live for..at my gym its about 125 degrees ,it has my skin looking great in particular my scalp is never dry. We use it 10-15 minutes before whirlpool. I also personally experience more beard growth but I also have an inversion table so they both have done wonders . It has help with both flexibility and improved circulation and the obvious detoxification. Be careful though its a haven for bacteria dont be in there naked, wash your hands once you leave the gym floor cause you may bring it in then touch your face "bam" get the damn flu like me in 2012. Swim trunks and towels are a must.

I keep a pill bottle in my bag with a cotton ball moistened with Tea Tree, Texas Cedarwood, and Eucalyptus..I use for clearing my breathing when using both saunas.

I just bought me a sauna for my home. Best investment I've made in a long time. I use the sauna to meditate and clear my mind. I've been using sauna to heal and clear my body for years. Helps your skin, helps you sleep, helps your mood, helps breathing and many other benefits. I use it twice a day.

Here's a good article from Harvard on it.

This next article is from a vendor so it might be a little biased but its accurate to my experiences.

Inversion tables are such a sneaky sneaky health benefit with a strange cumulative effect (30days) plus they are much easier than over priced gravity boots.

Here's what i have personally noticed...my lower back, hip shoulder flexibility, and circulation has improved though already good before. Face has more circulation and look more youthful. Beard growth consistent. No bags at all

I do it in AM 6 or 7 minutes or whatever 2 songs last.

In PM it's good because we lose a 1/4 to 1/2 inch in height from daily compression. It gets that corrected.

Also if done right before bed it improved my sleep I sometimes take a melatonin to amp it up too, 7 hours I wake at full charge, that may be my favorite benefit from it.

Lastly buy one off Craigs.. offer 50.00 at most...probably someone who really needed a chiro or massage therapist thought it was gonna fix their back...it don't do that.

Somebody commented on social media me and my wife photos saying how do you 2 not age...we dont tell but I believe it's all in this thread.
