Like I said it has the feature set, these things are possible, but where are the APIs for it, where is there version running, where are the videos, tiled resources is an MS thing, branding if you want to think of it like that, but the PS4 does not have it....sure its possible to do something similar but they will need to come up with their own ways to do it...im done with the tech talk, its all BS until we see a greater disparity

You do realize that Tiled resources is just MS DirextX-branded name of it? On OpenGL it's called
Sparse Textures.

Also, I found Sony's powerpoint from GDC Europe 2013: http://twvideo01.ubm-us.net/o1/vault/gdceurope2013/Presentations/825424RichardStenson.pdf It's say the PS4 supports the feature on page 25, it's called Partially Resident Textures (PRT).

Game looks Like shyt on both consoles to me.

Things to note:

XB1 has much stronger contrast, makes the HDR look better.

Color grading seems to be less pronounced on the PC version shown here.

XB1 has bad jaggies. First thing I noticed.

Pixel fog looks weird on XB1. Check the helicopter crash part again and you'll see what I mean comparing it to PC.

Volumetric lighting is better on PC.

Very strong depth of field blur on both consoles. Hanging man scene the background is real blurred the fudge out.

Also missing extra flecks/particles on both consoles.

It's cause they tried to do so many games on so many platforms. They ended up gimping them all cause they ran out of time. The games should be better next year.
