And note I'm only posting one specific pan-ethnicity group from mainly just Southeast, South and central Africa. Now imagine the REST of Africa; west, east, north.

And speaking of skin color diversity.

Human skin color diversity is highest in sub-Saharan African population
Previous studies of genetic and craniometric traits have found higher levels of within-population diversity in sub-Saharan Africa compared to other geographic regions. This study examines regional differences in within-population diversity of human skin color. Published data on skin reflectance were collected for 98 male samples from eight geographic regions: sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa, Europe, West Asia, Southwest Asia, South Asia, Australasia, and the New World. Regional differences in local within-population diversity were examined using two measures of variability: the sample variance and the sample coefficient of variation. For both measures, the average level of within-population diversity is higher in sub-Saharan Africa than in other geographic regions. This difference persists even after adjusting for a correlation between within-population diversity and distance from the equator. Though affected by natural selection, skin color variation shows the same pattern of higher African diversity as found with other traits.

So the people who think Africans must only have one skin complexion are incorrect. This thread is not that far off. In this thread I posted some lighter skinned South Africans. Like I said that can be due to them having Khoisan ancestry; the Khoisan who are fairly light skinned. And lets not forget climate/environment role, because South Africa is part of the Mediterranean climate.

What exactly is a Bantu? I thought West Africans were Bantu too? And I aint kno Tutsis were Bantu :patrice: according to wiki they is tho

Basically to me I thought Bantus were all "negroid" Africans :pense:(I dont like that borderline racist term but I cant think of a better one sorry :snoop:). Is it just a language group?

Its a people that speak a similar language..the only thing common about all Bantu languages in their hundreds, is the word for People is always very similar..Mutu, watu, ntu, Batho etc etc. All other words very different but the one for people. Khoisan are not Bantu's.

The women from Mauritania if Im not mistaken, are expected culturally to be thick!! The women eat a lot of fatty foods. Being thin is unacceptable in some places..too lazy to get pics.
i know breh but horners being all rail thin is simply a stereotype check the link in the spoiler tab there are many thick ones.

You like me seem to know your stuff about Africa. But I am on the fence about adding Cameroon to this thread. I don't know about adding Cameroonians because:
1. Its population is diverse and complex with many non-Bantu ethnics. The country is not homogeneous.
2. Its largest populations is considered to be "Semi-Bantu".
3. And on Wikipedia Cameroon is not listed under Bantu speaking countries.

So should I add them or not?

Add them. From my early African history lessons, the people from the Cameroon region are the people that traveled downward to populate the lower continent, where they encountered the Khoi San and blended. The original Bantu's were from that area.
