ehh thats debateable. the whole team defense philosophy and effort has improve. but regardless, KCP is a great defender, but you can find defensive specialist anywhere. Andre Roberson is a great defender but I bet they take Russell over him in a heartbeat. same for any defensive specialist. all star-level scorer > defensive specialist

That is because OKC is a good defensive team all around and Roberson is a negative on offense.

OKC would take Russell because they have a solid defensive team with out without Roberson. Also Roberson is playing 4on5 compared to guys like KCP who can do something on offensive end.

You can D'Angelo would have improved his defense if he stayed with Lakers, but he hasn't done so with the Nets.

Like I said, I am just gonna wait till FA. If the FO fails to get a big name, you guys can go ahead and shyt on them all you want for not keeping D'lo because then there was no point in getting rid of those bad contracts and they could have just let the young guys rebuild together. But if they do, then there was no point in D'lo being here anyways. If PG comes, D'lo had to go.

He's not playing because he made a shyt ton of stupid mistakes in the summer league/whenever he got playing time in the pre-season.

Also Randle is the backup 5 and is doing well in that role and we also signed Bogut. There's no playing time for Zubac to get.

Evans is still solid. I think the Kings fukked up Evans more than anything else and then he just had injury issues on the Pelicans.

the turnovers are bad but thats fixable and he playing with scrubs. he shooting 45% which is respectable. and the defense thing is overblown considering how bad the team is and that he is an average defender for his position statistically
