Quite possibly the greatest RPG I've ever beaten up there with Mass Effect, Fallout New Vegas, Chrono Trigger and FFVI.

I'm not gonna get too into it because I've had this debate with people online for like 10-15 years already.

The short version of it is that I like it's story more, I think it has the best FF villain, it has very mature and great character progression and I appreciate how much it was able to do during the time period it came out in where games were relatively simple.

Before the fight sneak up with your crew on tactical places to take out some of his goons easily. Then just stomp the fukk out of him

do all the quests before you end up looking goofy as hell in act 3
