It’s very easy. The most cumbersome aspect is inventory management and they made it even better in this update

can get back into this now with the new patch

Can’t find exact confirmation, so Is honour mode straight up permadeath? As in your file is cleared if you wipe?

You can keep going but it goes down to the regular difficulty, if you want to keep it Honour you have to start all over.

Patch Update - Act II

Minthara will still appear at Moonrise Towers if she was knocked out in Act I.

Does this imply what i think it implies?

So basically we can now save the grove and recruit Minthara?

No losing Wyll or Karlach or Haslim etc etc?
