And they blackThey just need to add a New Younger Bad Boy to join the team but it's not Bad Boys without Martin and Will. Also "Leathal Weapon" 4 was still hard, set Jet Li's career off in the U.S.. Both Mel and Danny were way older than Will and Martin will be.
on the real tho they can definitely play on the fact they are older and slower for laughs esp with Martin. They already set the tone in part 2 with Martin being the the butt of most of the gags

Even with the 3rd one, the 1st two alone make it the epitome of this genre breh. Yeah 3 and 4 aren't as good as 1 and 2 and 4 is better than 3 but the first two are still on a level of their own

when you Jack something you are suppose to take what's great or good about it and make it better (& when you make x2 as many entries) thats par for the course. Besides I ain't even counting another 48 hours I am just saying 48hrs by itself gave birth to the genre it's not about lining up track records against the other, I am talking chronological cinema history
I never said it didn't breh, what exactly are we arguing here? I said Lethal Weapon is the epitome of the genre you said 48 hours laid the groundwork, I agreed but said I'm more of a fan of lethal weapon...so what's the issue? There were even buddy cop movies before 48 hours but they're mostly forgotten so there's no need in bringing them up if you really want to get into cinema history. But that small thing aside, it seems like we're in agreement so what are we doing right now?
