They just need to add a New Younger Bad Boy to join the team but it's not Bad Boys without Martin and Will. Also "Leathal Weapon" 4 was still hard, set Jet Li's career off in the U.S.. Both Mel and Danny were way older than Will and Martin will be.

So 15 yrs later we see that Marcus didn't retire after all but is facing empty nest syndrome with Teresa, now that the kids are college bound..Mike and Syd went their separate ways some years back but are still close friends..Meanwhile, our boys are being hunted and don't know why or who wants them dead until a familiar name comes back to haunt them in a feared international arms trafficker named Michel Fouchet with a score to settle for the death of his uncle at the hands of Mike Lowrey 20 years earlier...

I just want to see one more Mike Lowry/Marcus Burnett team up of 2 hour fukkery. I'd actually prefer them NOT to go with the "set up for future installments with another duo" route, as I feel that Bad Boys, like Lethal Weapon and Rush Hour, works only off the dynamic comic chemistry of the two leads. Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are lightning in a bottle, you will NOT get that type of pairing again.

Once Will and Martin and Michael Bay are finished my vote is to let it go and let the new generation of writers and actors come up with something original.
