Just started IF brehs it's not all that bad my window 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm not gonna lie from 11 am until 12:30 pm I'm staring watching time click by
you are a soldier. I used to do 12pm - 6pm, but now that I'm lifting in the morning as well as cardio, I am too ravenous to wait til noon to eat.
it was BRUTAL in the beginning..stomach growling before bed and after you get up..i saw change within 3 weeks of it though....but with IF you have to be careful not to burn all your carbs else you'll hit the wall at the gym..i did that many times lol...id tweak as needed and my body eventually adjusted
