This was a pretty foul quote from a teammate from the article posted earlier.

“His contract situation is between him and the front office,” Booker said. “I care about him as a brother. Just making sure his mental is right…whatever happens, happens. Kind of hard to look so far in the future.”

How is that a foul quote? You don’t involve yourself in someone else‘s contract situations. That’s between them, their agent and the team.

What’s foul about this? This is literally the only response you can give in that situation

Ayton and Monty Williams got into on the sideline of that game 7 blowout and Monty said he quit on the team. Sure they can probably come to an agreement and squash things but this isn't no fantasy rumor shyt.
nah don’t trust your eyes or reporters, trust a random coli poster instead :mjlol:

Its good the Suns matched so now they can get proper value in an Ayton trade without sign and trade restrictions.

Ayton won't be a Sun longer than a year. The Suns gotta be pissed. They basically have to trade Bridges, Cam, and all of their picks to have a chance at KD.
Proper value :laff:

You sound like that clown @Gil Scott-Heroin claiming they didn’t unleash Ayton :laff:

Unless Ayton straight up goes Ben Simmons on them there’s no way the Suns “lose” in this. The moment he goes on hot streak he automatically becomes a pretty good trade asset for them. And he’s only making $30 million a year which won’t be so crazy as the salary cap goes up. This was the smartest move for the Suns. They avoided paying him $190 million and didn’t lose him for nothing. And will most likely be contenders next year again so that cap hit going get repair to them in ticket sales and concesssions.
It's a win for the suns because they are paying a player max money that they never wanted to pay max money to, which is why they never offered him the contract in the first place and didn't do anything other than match the contract someone else offered him?
