We are almost NEVER in a position to take over "white neighborhoods" in that north-east bubble that includes Toronto or NYC, so what is your point? You are pushing this racial undertone angle, but the fact of the matter is that even if we WANTED to take over neighborhoods in NYC/Toronto we are not even in a position to take that step.
I personally think it's giving it up to the highest bidder, Harlem is a more desirable place to live and white people living in NYC generally have more resources and can offer more money for those places. What do you expect to happen?

I hate to say it...but there is no solution. As far as black prosperity in the new York area or just the northeast....it's over. You can't compete against wall street, international investors, and bankers with their interests in this city. Hate to say it. Too much money. We don't have enough to compete against it.
