Ultimately , it all boils down on us we should of copped property back when it was actually affordable , but at the same time you can't downplay the pivotal effect the crack epidemic had , even though I wasn't alive for all lat , it's evident the first priority on people mind wasn't to purchase buildings when numerous heads was strung out & nikkas was copping kilos to flip instead and when you come from poverty and see that type of bread overnight you're not going to be the most intelligent when it comes to economics and estate , your going to have a whole other agenda with that paper . Plus no one would foreshadow that New York would turn out like this when you're peaking at 2000+ murders to less than 500 15 years later , Some cats who were exposed to that weren't prepared nor ready for that change and had no chance to adapt , some did but not a majority . Also cats need to know how cocaine/crack ended up in most inner cities as well but that a whole nother topic
