Dominicans also own a lot of the shyt in Washington Heights, the barber shops, taxi bases, grocery stores and super markets, bakeries, clothing stores, etc. and they have more control in the local politics with their elected official if I'm not mistaken. It's also just their immigration hub they gonna keep coming...
