We don't invest in our own infrastructure
yup....The End Days of Mystery Babylon ( America ) are coming anyway. And when the Cacs are destroy themselves I'ma be sippin' some mango juice in Haiti on the Beach.
So what do you call affluent blacks moving into a place formerly inhabited by rural whites?
As it's defined by the CDC.
What would you consider Baldwin Hills and View Park-Windsor Hills in LA... they weren't affluent and black until housing laws changed and wealthy blacks pushed whites out.
Monterey Park,CA was gentrified by Asians starting in the 70's
For starters, a rural neighborhood or area isnt necessarily run down by virtue of it being rural. Secondly, the characterization of rich black people moving into PG replacing rural whites is nonsense... While PG has a sizeable black upper and middle class, there is no evidence to suggest that they moved in to the neighborhood after they acquired their relative wealth. PG has historically alwaysnhad a black population

Pardon me, young fella. I think I might be able to explain it. White people have several major neuropsychological differences as compared to the dark races.
The first would be their dampened and sometimes completely inactive mirror neurons. Mirror neurons are found in almost all apes and they underlie such things as empathy, learning and mimicry. When you watch someone do something your mirror neurons are firing and your body is primed to repeat or copy the same movement.
Mirror neurons are also the underlying physiology of empathy as they literally allow you to quite literally feel somebody elses pain. In a recent study, black people had the highest mirror neuron response and white people had the lowest, with a large number showing no response.
ehhkk yes. They also have malfunctioning pineal glands which is why they have a complete inability to see themselves as part of the greater human landscape. They lack a certain conciousness so to speak. It is my belief that this is also why white philosophy has never really encroached on the zen Buddhism mentality that native american, african, indian, and asian philosophies did long ago

Ugh
I have a really, really hard time believing cacs gonna run Dominicans out the HeightsMost of Brooklyn is just becoming an extension of Downtown Manhattan.
There is no space left downtown, so they are all pushing towards Brooklyn as the next logical step.
Those same people are also moving into Harlem and Washington Heights quickly, with Inwood not too far behind. It's crazy the amount of change I see every single time I go up there.
I'll give you guys a quick example out of that 168th street station...
You had a "Banco Popular" out there, which has been replaced by a "Bank of America"
"Johns Fried Chicken" and "Crown Fried Chicken" had to go, "Popeye's" is in there now
Chipotle and Starbucks have moved into Washington Heights
MetroPCS and small cell phone shops recently had to move out of spots, what pops up? Sprint and T-Mobile and I think the Verizon store is still out there.
"Bravo" Supermarket I think closed up last time I checked, I expect a Kroger/Target or something similar out there in no time.
I would assume some one of those bodeges anywhere from 168th-179th street will be replaced with a 7-11 soon. I can't even imagine what the bus terminal off the GW Bridge is going to look like once its finally cleaned up and ready to move in.
A couple of local pizza shops closed up, Lil Caesars, Dominos, and Papa Johns all have locations in the heights now.
The entire landscape of Manhattan and Brooklyn is changing rapidly. it almost feels like a different neighborhood from what I grew up in, but I am in my 30's now
Yup...when I was in park slope, and fort green I didn't see no blacks hardly .
Chinatown is becoming gentrified now too. It goes to show that even when u practice group economics , cacs can still take over ur neighborhood
