There's no name, just enter "Southeast Austin" in your search. Anywhere is good accept Dove Springs, that's the hood I grew up in. Everything else southeast or south is good

I've looked into Round Rock. Surprised I found a couple under $950/month.

I live in round rock and have a long time. Wilco is a place you don't want to get caught in drugs in. That's really it, they make a lot of DWI, possession of drugs.

Travis is more DWI and PI due to 6th street but also more violence as its more city.

Texas is Texas. Wilco just is harsher on punishment.

I live in round rock and have a long time. Wilco is a place you don't want to get caught in drugs in. That's really it, they make a lot of DWI, possession of drugs.

I think I'm gonna rent a room for a few months till I do some thorough search for an apartment. I've been staying in Hutto at this elder woman house off of Airbnb. I spoke to her about looking for something monthly. She's charging me $600 to stay monthly & that's with the big ass room, private bathroom, washer/dryer and utilities included. Wasn't something I wanted to entertain but I have to crawl before I run

I mean, I wish cost of living was more affordable besides that, Austin isn't too bad. I mostly see whites. I heard Houston has the most blacks out there than here. Texas definitely has no culture like I'm use to in Miami and even in Atlanta but that's not much of a sacrifice...
The most nightlife I did was go to some movie theatre in Pflugeeville (yes, I went by myself) on Tuesday night for $5 and then drove to downtown Austin to grab a drink at a bar (which I also went by myself).
