thats funny cause I've been to oakland many times and east oakland had thriving black businesses. the areas where I saw a lot of asians working, were in neighborhoods that were mixed but had a large black population, that's not to be mistaken as black neighborhoods. a black neighborhood has oveer 70% of black people. I can't think of any place in SF that is 70% black.......Go to the bay area and you'll see asians and middle easterners having a lock on the corner stores, weave stores, laundry mats and whatever else. I'm talking Oakland, SF,and many of the surrounding areas.
