The D (where it's so cold)
I'll say this and I'm done with this...

Sterling's mindset(nor will many others) won't change because he's made BILLIONS of dollars while living with this mindset his entire life. And at some point, being racist & discriminatory has probably made him MORE reveunue(ie kicking a minority out of a house or apt. in favor of a white person) So it's justified to him and it "works", and it "works" for all his friends who share his mindset

His logic is, he is where he is in life b/c of his entire mindset, which includes his thoughts on minorities/race. If he as a shytty racist lives in a $10 million dollar house, and a non-racist lives in a $100,000 dollar house, in his mind his way of thinking is CORRECT. He won, b/c he has more money than 99.999% of the human race. And it trickles down to the average white guy who may be racist and makes $90,000 a year and is more successful than the others around him.

This. Sterling has something of a slavemaster's mentality with the exception that he's paying his "slaves" but that mindset still holds true to him. They are making him richer so these blacks are tolerable. And yeah, I'm pretty sure that mindset is shared by people with minorities working under them in some capacity even in low level management like a McDonald's or whatever.

I hate to throw the term slavemaster around because these millionaires have no connection to the actual slaves most of their ancestors outside of skin color but that's the whole process behind Sterling's logic when he can't see the value of a person or race even when they are laboring for him.

Useless? See now you're exaggerating again. We're addressing the issues we see (non blacks taking black people's money in our neighborhoods) and now you want to villainize those who point that out and act like this isn't an issue? Who is making all the money in the weave industry? It's not black people, it's asians, indians and middle easterners. Black people spend a whole lot of money on weaves, and this is an industry we need to get in on. You seem to be fanning the flames of motivation with complacency "there's enough black business already" is what you sound like.

Then again I never trust these bohemian type nikkas who idolize other cultures more than their own (in your case asian). You have a warped view in regards to your people and when you try and sound like you're down it seems forced and naive.
funny because Im in asia to deal in trading on my continent. the asia thing is a meme in case you didnt you know...now you do. I know more about african history than I do asian history, just for your information.

the reason asians (um indians are asians btw) lead the industry is because they are the ones with the hair :heh: second would be black people, if you dont know this, take a trip to asia and see who's buying the hair.....

....I have.

which is exactly why I asked "where do yall live", I asked that for a reason. as a traveler Ive been to many states, and most predominately black neighborhoods have nothing but black businesses. From Harlem to ATL to Oakland. People are on some other shyt, talkin like black businesses don't exist in the hood. that's a load of bullshyt.
bruh, inglewood has a strip of black owned business, mostly africans at that -- but to say inglewood is nothing but black owned businesses is intellectually dishonest. yeah you can goto market st and hit up a black shopping outlet, or find an autobody, barber, bbq/jerk chicken spot, etc, but per capita, blacks aren't holding it down like that at all.

She has two more audio tapes right? I predict they will negotiate with her, pay her millions, agree that the tapes are not of Sterling, and the case disappears. Everyone wins. #inherently

im glad Doc said that. You have idiots on here acting like boycotting is the only answer. of course yall want to see them boycott, yall arent the ones playing for anything. put yourselves in the players shoes. Theyve worked their assess off all season, why undermine that just cause of a racist owner?
I can't expect something immediate from the players. It's unfair to them to place such expectations. It's about what to do going forward after these playoffs.

thats a fair question, hopefully the players wont have to decide and the league will handle it. I dont envision Sterling owning an NBA squad much longer.

yes they are nikka, I was there for 2 days dealing with nothing but black business while down there. Ingelwood is predominately residential, so that strip you speak of....centennial and la brea as well as lennox, which are where all pop shops are, are in fact black.

the black parts of south LA are the same exact way.
