Not gonna lie. I rarely approach women outta nowhere. Usually it's an event or a friend of a friend. Even then I might take a while to even ask for number. Seen too many guys fail/bomb doing that. Had to cover my eyes at grocery store after hearing a FAIL.

Approach women you have a rapport with. It doesn't make you less of a man, it makes you a smart man. Your ego deserves protecting as well.

You wouldn't date a 32 year old female no matter how good of a woman she was. Just because she's over 30. That's shallow and ageist. You also wouldn't date a chibby chick or an ugly one.

Not wanting a 32 year old is completely normal. A woman's fertility is got a few healthy years left on it. If he marries her in two years she'll be at the end of the threshold for having a kid healthy. Also you wouldn't be able to have more then one kid with her so there's that. Not ageist or whatever you wanna call it. If a man wants say 3 kids he has to marry a 24-25 year old unless he wants to risk down syndrome. Also no man is gonna get suckered to marrying a woman who waited until her looks have a few years left on them to want to marry. That 32 year old was in her 20s at some point.

Different strokes for different folks. I'm a big supporter of going for what you like, instead of trying to find attraction into whoever shows you interest. If the women that are throwing you signals are acceptable to you, then I guess that's cool. But if they aren't then you gotta be the initiator. Like another poster said, closed mouths don't get fed.

It doesn't make you less of a man to wait on interest to be shown first, but it makes you reactive instead of proactive. If I'm playing ball I'd rather create my own shot, instead of waiting for someone to create a shot for me.
