I literally live in the heart of the city, and my mortgage is 1/3-1/4 of what people who live a few blocks away in midtown pay to RENT. Good point...my uncle owns property near the AUC & in Adams Park. If I was gonna spend money on rental property I'd invest anywhere on the Beltline...ESPECIALLY on the Westside. 10-15 yrs from now the Westside will look totally different, it's alotta opportunity to be a part of that & get ya money up as well

I go to the Perimeter Mall location which is 12 miles from decatur
