El Bar
I love that place
El Bar
What replaced Tin Pin Alley?
I remember going there when I visited back in the day but never heard anything once I moved here.
Buy a house bruh, they giving away houses in old hoods, just gotta deal with a few eye soars, but I live down the street from the AUC, so edgewood and all that stuff is down the road.
The entire Downtown Decatur area is a slept on spot for drinks and cuisine. My lady actually prefers to go there over anywhere. She even fukks with that Taco Mac, they got some good ass bar food.
Check out www.loafdeals.com and www.doubletakedeals.comOff topic but Edgewood is the spot. I go there every weekend, I like it way better than buckhead or downtown.
But I'd just use a living social deal. Whatever special they got I use. I used the comedy thing spent $40 gets tickets and drinks. I used one for 35 for a full course meal for two including a bottle of wine at this Italian place. Also used one to go on a bar tour for $15 each both of us got like ten drinks. I'm bout to snatch up that go cart deal for $20 each. You can't beat their deals for dates honestly.![]()
Republic Social House is one of my favorite spots
Get security bars and an alarm system. As long as you aren't flaunting stuff you're good. Crime is at an all time low. City knocking off 10-50k off Houses in Vine City, Ashview Heights,West End, Mechanicsville, English Ave, etc. Once the Stadium is done the Genetrication is going to be on the level of East Atlanta. Better get in now bruh, Anyone I know that black I tell em at least cop something and use it as a rental property down the line. I`m not going to speak much on what I got since this is the net, but its a damn steal for these homes and many are new built in the 2000s craftsmen style, a few condos too. Like I said a few eyesores now, but when the gentrification is done you're going to be shooting yourself in the foot like people who slept on buying property in East Atlanta.yeah I'm seriously considering leaning more towards a condo though BC I still hear horror stories of house invasions and I ain't home that much
Went there last summer wit my cousin, watchin the Braves on the deck, drinkin 420 by the case load![]()

Fam...this is LITERALLY all you have to do.Get a high rise condo in Buckhead or Midtown and you will have bad bytches coming over your crib all the time. I rarely go out on dates anymore. Once I tell chicks that I live in a high rise condo in atlantic station they down to come over and kick it.
