brehs, what i've been reading argues that a life of service to others results in ascension and the ability to remain a light-body (spirit form). a life lived in service to one's self results in future re-incarnations (involuntary).

i've read that we offered to come here to raise the frequency of this planet in order to make it inhabitable for even more advanced spirits. those with an even higher frequency.
