This. Stone Cold to me was cool, but I identified with and liked The Rock a lot more because of his style and demeanor. I was 8 years old cheering a heel Rocky over Stone Cold because to me, The Rock was a confident, classy black dude whereas Stone cold was trailer park trash. I wanted to be like the former.
