I don’t recall Mike missing the playoffs his first 2 years then later missing the playoffs playing with 3 HOF top 75 players (Russ Melo Ad). Lebron is a great top 5 player but he ain’t MJ.
Didn't Bron have a better record? Bro celebrating a time when nearly every team made the playoffs.

Anyone saying he isn't the greatest ever is just an established and rooted hater. It is what it is...

Thru 13 seasons, like Mike's Chicago career, was 2016. He's been the greatest of all time since then...

15 total years like Mike was 2018. Nighas be like "longevity is irrelevant", nikka he was the GOAT before all this added time. Bron coulda retired in '16, '17, or '18 and it was already established in my eyes...

as I've said aplenty, what he's done since then, is just created separation...

Mike could played longer, he didn't want to. We not penalizing no one for being greater at a later stage than Mike was, fukk outta here. And if Mike would've played longer he wouldn't have looked like this...

There was bound to be someone to come along greater than Mike, and there's bound to be someone to come along greater than LeBron. This bar is super fukking high, though. This nikka still in his prime. Longest prime ever, arguably highest peak ever, arguably most dominant player ever, arguably greatest postseason player ever...

It's a high bar. The person who challenges that on an All-Time scale is gonna be mind-blowing...

I just want to say how dumb this is. Anyone who says Lebron is the 2nd greatest or 3rd is an established and rooted hater?

As someone who has jordan first, I don’t agree with people who say wilt or kareem. But I also wouldn’t call them haters for having jordan second.

It’s subjective in some respects. Even in hockey goat gets debated a bit, even though Gretzky is way far ahead in most measures. Lebrons averages just aren’t as dominate.

You had him as goat in 2016? Cool, most people that had knowledge of basketball history didn’t at that point.

Will someone pass jordan, definitely. To me and some others, it just hasn’t happened yet. Walking away in prime after 3peat, in part due to not feeling challenged is wild. If bron had won more maybe he’s looking for new challenges too.

If he really was what yall claim he is there wouldn't be this need to constantly prop up every little thing he does. His resume would just speak for itself.

The Lebron GOAT shyt continues to be the most forced thing in sports.

It’s hilarious how bothered people get if you say he’s 2nd. And ya, how much they have to bring it up.

Pippen in 1989, just his 2nd season, was already averaging 15-9-4 while shooting 44% from 3pt in the 1st-round win against the Cavs, and 15-7-5 shooting ridiculous 58/50/90 splits in the ECSF against the Knicks. Then in 1990, he was an All-Star averaging 23-9-8 on 57/60/68 shooting splits against the Bucks in the 1st round win, 21-7-6 on 53% shooting against the Sixers in the ECSF. Not to mention his defense.

Just funny to me how you leave out the 10/7/3 average on 40% shooting against pistons in 89. Averaging 33 minutes for that, even with g6 injury.

Bron played for 35 seasons and still has:

2 rings
2 finals maps
1 dpoy
1 mvp
4 defensive first teams
9 scoring titles
3 steals titles
1 slam dunk title

less than Mike :mjlol:

Thats all nice and shyt but does Mike have an in season tournament championship?

That's what I thought

24yo MJ had never had a single winning season yet and got swept out of the playoffs every year.

21yo Bron led the Cavs to 50 wins and took the champ Pistons to 7 in the ECSF. 22yo Bron beat the Pistons and made the Finals.

@fifth column actually thought that was a argument point in favor of Jordan. :mjlol:

Dumbass is bragging about the fact that MJ's Bulls made the playoffs with 38, 30, and 40 wins, while Bron missed the playoffs with 42 wins. He seriously thinks that 30 wins is a bigger accomplishment than 42 wins just because the competition made it that much easier to make the playoffs.

That's one of the best examples of how stupid their talking points are. What your team does is meaningless if you don't factor in who the competition was.

Notice all these arguments for why MJ is better than Bron, they NEVER use them to argue why Russell is better than MJ.

doesnt lebron have the most finals losses all time, along with a losing finals record?

It's 2023 and you still think Bron's legacy would be better if he missed the playoffs in 2007, 2015, and 2018. :mjlol:

So when Lebron was running through the weakest east ever with his super teams to 8 straight finals, I guess competition didn’t matter as much then?
