Adding Drake to the lawsuit is just ridiculous.....

"Your honor, Drake should be held liable simply because of the fact that knife talk is a live ass song. The energy went up considerably when the Project Pat intro started and began to crescendo during the following...."This aint no regular F-150, this a fukkin Raptor...". The prosecution rests." :unimpressed:

He’s literally the only party that has the best chance of wiggling their way out of a lawsuit.

So what :mjlol:

There was no age limit on those tickets to the festival so anyone could go. If you have a problem with that, then blame Travis and his camp for not putting an age limit on attendance. What you're trying to argue will mean nothing in the courts and civil suits, so it's useless that it's even in the topic of discussion as it doesn't matter.
Nothing matters with civil suits. You can literally sue anyone for anything with practically no merit. I made no assumption that this wasn’t going to be the angle they’d use. I explicitly made two observations. I said there is no criminal liability and that any settlements is for PR purposes, not culpability. I wasn’t naive to think your comments won’t be the point of argument for these people. Of course it will be. And I said a 9yr old shouldn’t be at an adult music festival.

With all that transpired at that concert, that's a complete lie and even you know that. Heads are going to roll because of this situation and a lot of parties are going to be held culpable for what happened.

This is on Live Nation:

this is pretty standard. i worked many events lol

people are just out for blood and will use any angle now to blame them.

i've been to plenty concerts and seen people get trampled in the mosh or front of a stage. the only way to avoid that will be seating assignments.

people are going to heap on the bullshyt and make a sensation out of this mess.

The more videos I see about this makes me think Travis isn’t the main one to blame. He will catch all the blame but so many issues with the crowd and concert set up and lack of security etc....

I blame the crowds “rager” mentality most

Atleast all concerts going forward can learn from this tragedy

Seen something from tmz saying him and drake werent made aware of all the shyt going wrong out there. Would make more sense of why he continued the set than these dumb ass ritual sacrifice conspiracies.

I hate these conspiracies too because they absolve real people of real responsibilities, and they make situations like this more likely to happen in the future. When the responsibility is placed onto people for making bad decisions, future tragedies can be avoided. When people shrug their shoulders and say it was the devil or something stupid like that, then it lets people off the hook and doesn't address the real problems that can be fixed.

I really think a lot of people flock to conspiracies because they're comforting. It's always more comforting if something terrible happened because of a master plan or because of supernatural fate. It's scary to think that life is random and chaotic enough for so many people to needlessly die at what's supposed to be a fun event. Conspiracy theories about master plans give people some comfort in a weird way that there's more control over their lives than there really is.

I always say about the 9/11 thing. What's actually scarier? The idea that 9/11 was an inside job, or that a dozen crazy people with boxcutters could end 3,000 lives and change the course of human history in 2 hours? I think the latter is way scarier.

For a lawsuit all they need to prove is that he shares some of the blame.

Wow…so you actually are a delusional full-blown racist. Disgusting. You’re a part of the same thing the KKK comes from…racist scumbags. Next time you complain about racism, remember you’re a part of what keeps it alive.

I don't give a pass to cacs who have been oppressing Black Americans for centuries. Both-sides arguments are what cacs use to divide us. I've got no love for when one of these cacs departs early as they have no love for us...Fukk em...

So either you are an agent or a naive c00n, you decide....
