Deep Dish pizza
Turned down going to Uno's last Friday with the boys because I knew that large farmer's market deep dish with the cookie pizza for dessert wasn't gonna do a nikka ANY GOOD.
Keeping it strict till my body is fit. Straight nutritional facts till the stomach is flat.

gnc multi
gnc triple strength fish oil
vitamin e
zync
vitamin c
whey protein (gold standard)
Con-Cret (creatine by Promera Sports)
Preworkout - Muscletech Nurocore (2 scoops)
EC Stack - 1 pill of each 3x daily, in 4hour intervals. You should be careful with this, some people do not know how to use it correctly. And I dont believe in adding in the A (Aspirin), which apparently makes it more potent. Ephedrine is sold over the counter here @ GNC in Canada, Im not sure whether you must have a prescription for it in the US.
This guy basically telling you to do the P90X diet. Eat lean meats,low calorie intake,20% fatty foods, and not to eat past 8pm. Not hating just saying. Its good advice. Protein shakes are very important for not only muscle growth but for helping ease the muscle pain. Which i have right now on day 4 of P90X
