Man I been on my little diet since Tuesday...I gotta find a way to bring my calorie intake back up to 2400-2500.
As of right now I've been right below 2000 eating clean (pretty much the exact diet as kasino/warren)...I weigh 175...but I want to cut some fat out without losing any muscle and possibly maintain 175 weight. Is that even possible?
I see your pre-made meals are usually chicken breast/sweet potatoes/veggie...how many times do you eat that actual meal per day though? I've been eating it 2 and 3 times a day since Tuesday but outside of the oatmeal I don't know what else to add in without going too high on my goal of 220g protein-140carbs-50g fat. Haven't found a good daily meal plan that keeps me right in that range every day.
The calculator says I need to intake 2,500 calories to maintain 176..I like my weight I just want to be more shredded.

Do u believe in Gatorade, Powerade, etc...?
Who do I ask about losing fat? I'm making a cut from 141 to 126 for boxing. I don't want to lose too much muscle though
I have like 2 months to make the cut.
I gota assume youre trollin bruh
so u only drink water and protein shakes whoadie?hell nah!WATER, WATER, WATER. Your first step to failure is drinking calories, I'll tell you that right now. What you consume in a sugary beverage, could be substituted with something that will enhance your gains e.g. a protein shake or actual food. Its all about productivity, bad inputs=bad finished product.
honestly, your workouts look legit. Only thing I would suggest is try doing cardio for 20-25 mins at the end, instead of b4 and after, to prevent any laggyness during workouts. Also, i noticed you don't have abs anywhere in here. A strong core is crucial to all of your exercises, so make sure to implement at least 200 reps of abs after every workout (considering you only workout 4 days). Other than that, focus on getting your diet 100% and the results will follow, again its about 70% diet, 30% gym.
what else is there to drink? Only other thing I drink on occasion is Almond Milk (60 cals/cup). You do realize drinking calories is probably the worst thing you could do right?.its so easy to rack up 250 calories in one soda, gatorade etc. Congrats, you got nothing of substance from that drink. Whereas, you could've instead used the same dietary space of 250 calories to consume a full cup of extra lean ground beef, or an 8oz chicken breast, which would've given you 50grams of protein, not to mention fill your stomach & increase your metabolism to burn more fat. Instead, youre getting aspertame/sugar/empty carbs in that beverage that you consumed, which of course will subsequently make you hungrier and slow down your metabolic rate.so u only drink water and protein shakes whoadie?
Not really, the vitamins sit on my kitchen table, I just take them every morning with breakfast. The EC, is something that is hard to keep on schedule, but as long as you get your doses in, youre good. I keep it in my gym bag for easy access throughout the day.
I usually do 10-15 mins of HIIT Cardio after workouts. Also I usually don't do Abs for a Couple of Reasons: 1. I never really cared about having shredded 6-pack abs. I primarily just care about having a FLAT Stomach. Do you think doing Abs exercises is crucial for a flat stomach, or diet alone should do that? 2. I usually don't get a chance to get to the Gym until 8:30 at nights. So by the time I get done with my workouts it's already 10:00 - 10:30 at night.
Also, I'm going to start using your Oatmeal Recipe, but I'm scared about the taste. LOL. It sounds like it tastes horrible. .
There are some you can do away with. The Zinc and Vitamin C I take because its an anti-oxidant and extremely good for your skin. I havent gotten a pimple in years.. But again, everyone is different. The fish oil and multi are crucial. I take the Vitamin C to enhance the low level of vitamin c in the multi. And of course the EC stack is self explanatory.Bruh your taking like 5 pills and a couple powders ( if my memory serves me correctly) every day? Thats crazy lol and i thought my meds every morning was a damn hassle. But more power to ya
