Depends on where you're staying. I stayed at a hotel suite in Vegas last month through Airbnb so I wouldn't have to deal with the extra fees.
I also liked it better when I was in Houston. Stayed at a luxury apartment on the westside that blew away any hotel and it was at the fraction of the price. Plus the host was a breh
Overall, hotel is still better but some cities you get more for your buck through an Airbnb.
