i mean i guess it would make tony look even worse having a 15yr old unmask himself but it just seems so illogical to me...they should've just stuck with wat they were gonna go with in the first placeCause he's a dikk lol. And he'd know his true identity more than likely and know he's a genius

There will be no unmasking of Spiderman or even any of the particular beats seen in Civil War. This movie will be as close to the actual Civil War comic as Age of Ultron was to the comic version.
They will come up with some contrived reason for Cap and Iron Man to be on opposing sides and then have a bunch of loud hero vs hero fights before they all make up and become best buddies again.
And I can't see anyone in the MCU Avengers being against registering folks with powers since they have all been basically registered and working for the government for the most part for years. The superhero registration act has to look different in the films anyway like you said. There aren't really any secret identities in the movies. There are many heroes to begin with and everyone knows their identities

With Captain America: Civil War currently filming in Atlanta, the pressure on Marvel and Sony to cast Spider-Man is high. So it is that yesterday, rumors emerged that the short list has been whittled down to four actors – Tom Holland and Charlie Rowe, rumored to be the front-runners, with Matthew Lintz and Charlie Plummer still in contention. We’ve now learned that the decision could come next week.
he Wallcrawler plays a key role in the 2006-2007 Marvel Comics storyline on which the film is based. That story put Iron Man and Captain America on opposite sides of the law, with Tony Stark the public face of a government effort to force superheroes to register with the government, enacted in the wake of outrage over a devastating battle between heroes and villains that left behind numerous civilian casualties. Citing concerns about liberty and freedom, Captain America goes underground and becomes the leader of those heroes who refuse to register. Spider-Man serves as what amounts to the swing vote on the question. At first publicly unmasking himself, as the government becomes more heavily focused on rounding up fugitive heroes, Spidey switches sides.
Captain America: Civil War will hit similar beats, and supposedly, Spider-Man is intended to play a role similar to that of the comics, which means Marvel needs him, and quick. Word is that the delay is due mainly to Marvel and Sony very carefully deliberating over who will play Peter Parker in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the foreseeable future. Notably absent from the above list of finalists? Asa Butterfield, rumored last month to be a possible front-runner but now apparently out of contention.
Well it is still possible for him to shown up in the future...Look, I fully understand why Marvel/Sony are going the Peter Parker route, but *sigh* what could have been.....
