That is not what the article is saying. Interracial marriage is not just to White people. A Black man could have married a Hispanic woman who looks Black like him, but because she stated that she was Hispanic that would be considered an interracial marriage.

The world is quickly evolving. Communities are getting diverse and one thing that’s always been true about humans is they will fukk other humans that live around them. And now different cultures, ethnicities and races live around each other more than they ever have in history and diversity is a very new phenomenon.
