I played up until 10th grade. Then I started trying to be a thug and stopped playing like a dumbass.

There was a park literally within visual distance from my house everyone would conjugate there.

My mom didn't even have to tell me a time to come home. Shed just have to tell out the window and everyone would hear her

We'd be at the park every damn day. Swinging on dem swings as the sunsets .

I go on the same swings today and shyt doesn't feel the same...

Soon as I was out of school my mom would ship me out to my grandmothers house in the suburbs so her and pops could go on vacation.

I had a gang of friends out there and we would ride bikes, go in the woods, catch frogs, go fishing, swimming, play ball, fight, try and talk to the older girls, go to the candy store, my grandparents had a big ass garden so a lot of time was spent picking green beans, tomatoes, corn, cucumbers, etc.

It was a different world, I have vague memories of them getting Milk deliveries in glass bottles early in the morning.

Sleep, watch a lot of TV and a bunch of housework.

Camps, Sports, summer job, going to friends' houses, spending the night with family and friends, playing video games, riding the bike with family/friends. Family trips. I miss my childhood
