It doesn't benefit us to be involved at all, it doesn't matter who else is involved. We should worry about ourselves. Spending billions of dollars sustaining a country that would otherwise eventually get swallowed up by its neighbors should be of no concern to us because it isn't our problem. The cold war is over, we don't have to worry about the soviets taking over the Middle East....even from a real-politik standpoint there isn't any rational reason to support Israel in the way that we do.

Except for the fact that the M.E. intelligence the U.S. receives from Israel is already worth more than what the U.S is giving in aid.
No country can sustain itself without trade and relations with other countries. Oh, and the US aid to Israel covers less than 3% of Israel's GDP. Israel can make that up by selling t-shirts at the mall
BTW, here are some questions you forgot to answer:
1) Since Palestinian is also a fake identity, do you withdraw your argument of Israeli being a "fake identity" as a talking point for discrediting Israel?
2) Why do you claim Jews didn't want Israel before the holocaust when the Zionist movement began over half a century before the rise of Nazi Germany?
3) Why do you claim that Israelis are European when 50% of Israel's Jews are actually Middle Eastern, making your generalization about Jews "living it up in Europe" not accurate? Are you aware some of them were even in Israel, Jerusalem specifically, and there was an entire area called The Jewish Quarter due to the Jewish inhabitants consistently through history?

Na, because in my view the Palestinians have more of a moral right to the land since they have been there longer. Names and labels don't mean much to me. Didn't I explain this already?
It doesn't matter when Zionism began. If European Christians weren't historically sour on Jews in the first place there would be no Zionism because Jews were otherwise perfectly content doing their thing over there. The holocaust just happened to speed up the process. Europe flushed the toilet and exported the bulk of its "Jewish problem" onto Muslim Arabs in what is now Israel who were already dealing with waves and waves of Jewish immigrants from abroad due to Europe's hatred for them.
The Jews wanted a homeland. It wasn't like it was "Israel or bust," if they could have had their homeland somewhere else and it was more feasible than Palestine they would have took that deal and ran. Things just worked out the way they did because of convenience and the fact that nobody else wanted to take on that kind of baggage.
So what? what makes Jews claim to the land more valid than a Muslim Arab if both are Middle Eastern? What makes one more deserving of a "homeland" than the other? It's funny how y'all aint mad at the Europeans who have been giving you the beats for hundreds and hundreds of years...but then again I can kinda understand....can't bite the hand that initially fed you I suppose

Israel does not lobby the U.S. Pro-Israel lobbyists lobby the U.S. There is a big difference. There is also an Arab lobby, so all of this is irrelevant.
