Perfectly acceptable behavior in East Texas and Louisiana. The riding groups even have their own names, colors, and logos.I'm not gonna lie, I did see a nikka riding a horse down the street yesterday.
There is a deep history of trail riding groups and even black cowboys in Texas.
I'm in so cal. I've only seen them cowboy Mexicans do that.

Mexicans don't steal anything from black people. The old generation of Americanos did, but this new wave of immigrants don't not emulate Black Americans.
They have their own form of Gangsta music. I was at the State Fair in Sacramento two years ago, and I happened to be there when one of these Narco Corridos muscians were playing. I saw all kinds of gangstas and civilians in those really expensive Cowboy clothes (stetson hats, Snake skin boots etc.)
