i guess i will be in the minority. i don't agree with alimony IF the spouse is able-bodied and can work (man or woman); however, i do believe in child-support. after our marriage is done i don't wanna have nothing to do with my ex unless it revolves around the kids, and he will pay child support either willing or court appointed

I'm sorry boss... You are co-signing the ass-raping of men's resources.

The majority of divorces are initiated by women. Alimony in most states is paid until the woman gets on her feet or re-marries.... Take for example case study #2055 Kimora Lee-Simmons vs Russell Simmons.... This bytch is STILL being paid alimony after leaving Russell because she want to live off his dime while she's fukking that actor from Africa, but she won't marry him.... FOHWTBS

Women, divorce and child support lawyers have been getting over for almost 30 years now.... Get married in a half state and see what happens.. Look at Hulk Hogan.... His ex damn near took everything.... That mofo(jokingly serious) contemplated killing his ex and said he empathized with OJ for killing his ex.... EDIT: on his reality show.

:snoop: at this sucka ass shyt man

And Kimora "married" the African dude. They had a spiritual ceremony in Africa so they didn't have to officially file in America.

Divorce laws are unfair and every man knows it. Problem is, no sane politician is gonna sacrifice their career to make any noise about it.

Men and women are supposed to be equal yet, Id be looked as as a loser if I did what alot of women do. If I took the kids, the house my wife paid for and didnt have a job because I lived off of the alimony and child support payments my wife was forced to pay me. People would look at me some type of way, wouldn't they? How would you feel about our divorce laws then ladies? :comeon:

As far as the whole stay-at-home mom problem...........yea, if you stay out of the workforce for 10 odd years being a homemaker, then divorce your husband, I get it. It would be pretty difficult to get back into the swing of things. But lifetime alimony? :comeon:

Nah bytch. Hit Monster.com and go see about being a secretary or some shyt. I'd say a year to two years is enough time for a woman to get back on her feet. If not, fukk it, too bad :yeshrug: That might sound rough but, its the point. You'd incentivize alot of these women to stop getting divorced over dumb ass reasons and working out their problems if they knew it wasn't a pot of transfer payments waiting for them or light a fire under their lazy ass to get back into the work force if the marriage was just that unbearable.

So define child support?
support for the child(ren) that WE made...including money for school, food, clothing, all the expenses that children need..not expecting him to pay for all but half

Ok but you still made my point...... She may have gotten married but she circumvented US law by getting married in Africa... So tell me what that means...........

Where do you see someone getting lifetime alimony?

Alimony by the definition is temporary

WRONG!!!!

In a normal everyday marriage in America where the median household income is $50000

You have both the husband and wife pooling together their assets and income to aquire and live a lifestyle greater than they could have if they were single.

Given this, in the event of a divorce, no one is better.

So how is it again women are giving an incentive to divorce?

Because this guy just watches reality television and believes every woman is living like these hos who break with half a man's money who's makin millions. :rudy:

Majority of divorced single parent households where a female is the head of the house are broke and struggling as fukk. And not every millionaire or man who gets tapped for child support spousal support actually pays, even the wealthy ones. There was this near billionaire they did a documentary on, 4 ex-wives, and his kids were legally obligated financial support but he ignored them and they were growing up in poverty.

Not everything is like the ratchet stories you see on tv. There are far more divorced single mothers on welfare and state support who are WHITE than any other group, regardless of what the coli race baiters say.

Then someone will come in here who lived in a single parent household or who has never been married to tell you not to because you'll lose half your shyt and be broke :beli: because every American makes that much money :umad:
