Are sports team allegiances in your city/area racially, culturally, geographically or generationally divided ?

It’s also very likely those people grew up closer to DC and moved out to those counties

I’ve never met a person a Baltimore Colts fan but I don’t be in B-More like that

Suburbs of b-more would have colts fans and that's AA, b-more county and Howard.

So they either moved to those counties or was caught up in 80s skins having a black QB even though skins didn't want black players for years... and ultimately it's a city/region in DC half cowboys fans to this day.

niners fans are mostly fat mexicans, polynesians and nikkas who aint even from the bay area.

Newer rams fans are mexicans older Rams fans are almost exclusively cacs and i say that as a rams fan.

UK fans run the gamut between preppy cacs and hillbilly trash but 95% cac at any rate. Any breh who is a UK fan is a weirdo given their history :mjpls:.
The Raiders fans are still deep in LA. Mexicans and Black people. My family still rock with the Raiders to this day.
:salute:
They still the LA Raiders dammit.
:to:
We don’t fool with the rams. Shout out to Eric dikkerson though. We Bo Jackson and Maris Allen fans.
:pachaha:
I still got my Jackson throwback.

Atlanta
Atlanta:

Falcons - Falcons fanbase is mostly black in my estimation. Haven’t lived outside of metro Atlanta, so I could be wrong

Hawks: Hawks fanbase is probably the most diverse in the area. Par for the course for most NBA cities

Braves: Inverse of the Falcons - huge white fanbase with everyone else sprinkled in.

UGA - mixed between white and black

GT - I’m not an Atlanta native so I can’t really speak to GT fanbase. GT has been irrelevant in sports since I’ve been in Atlanta.

Los Angeles:

Lakers - pretty much anyone from any walk of life is a Lakers fans.

Dodgers - YUGE Mexican fanbase followed by whites. Grew up in LA and rarely saw black Dodgers fans, even at Chavez Ravine

Raiders - when I was a kid during the LA Raiders era in the 80s-90s, Raiders had a diverse fanbase. Sneaky amount of white boys fukk with the Raiders. Fanbase in Southern California is definitely majority Latino.

Rams - Can’t say much about the Rams since they returned, but Anaheim fanbase was older and white. Have to be over 44 or so to really remember how great the Rams were in the 70s and 80s.

Angels - White and Latino fans. I enjoyed going to Angels games back in the day. Very different that going to Dodger Stadium

USC/UCLA - everyone because people flipped between USC football and UCLA basketball

Clippers - Asians and contrarians

Kings/Ducks - very white.

People here are Lakers fans unless you wanna be on some contrarian/cool kid shyt and be Clipper fan. Only Clipper "fans" I knew growing up were just Laker haters. That's changed a little bit since they stopped being such a joke but they'll always be lil bro status.

Angels and Ducks are the closer teams to me but all their fans give me :mjpls: vibes. Not big into baseball, but I've had way more fun at Dodger games than Angel games through the years, I chalk it up to the crowd.
Try going to Los Angeles Kings games (NHL) at Staples Center/Crypto.com arena (same arena as the Lakers) maybe you will find a different vibe and a more fun/welcoming crowd there
This is all 100....
Kings and Dodgers are probably different when it comes to arena/ballpark environment and vibes. Different crowds/fanbases too.
All yall talking bout “the NHL is :mjpls:

When the cac NFL fans been showing yall they are racist for years are funny
College football and basketball fans are definitely the most :mjpls: of American sports fans, many of them hate professional Football/Basketball (NFL and NBA) for obvious :mjpls: reasons.

They like their black football players overworked and underpaid. And they also support NCAA basketball because the black players are stuck in the same situation. And they like that there’s a lot more white boys getting some shine at the college level.

Older people in the Philadelphia area like the flyers/ Phillies/birds but not Sixers?
Why?

Never understood why nba franchises in general are struggling to keep people over 35 or 40 loyal to their local teams. Is it a nba media coverage problem (heavy focus on players over teams ) or a :mjpls: problem)
