When people in Plano are traveling, I’m pretty sure they say they are from Dallas.

Most people around the nation don’t know what the fukk Plano is.

If you from the metro Atlanta area, you usually tell outsiders you from Atlanta and then give more detail if they ask. It's rare you hear/see nikkas claiming to be from the city of Atlanta (or Atl zip code) and false claiming while INSIDE the city.

I agree. If you’re trying to use an area to boost your credibility in some way, and you don’t live there, that’s lame.

But, for the average person, they are really just trying to give people unfamiliar with their origins a reference point.
