they also tweak their numbers. it was found that their percentage of white employees were underrepresented due to ones who didn’t want to be apart of their diversity stats thing or w/e and we’re “unidentified” not to mention majority of their higher up positions are all whites. their minority numbers come from their stores and “low level” employees.
