Apple just announced a new 128gig ipad

dont mean to derail the thread, but breh... that surface pro is going to be a beast

- full usb3.0 support for any keyboard any mouse any usb device
- native support to hook it up to any monitor or big screen at any resolution
- sd card for more space if i need
- the stylus pen
- run ANY program I want on a real desktop OS

the thought of not having to carry around that big ass thinkpad laptop when I travel for work and just taking this instead is

Wonder how the battery life is looking.

Damn that price though id have to show that I can ditch my mbp for it.

yea I was looking at the MBP too. My only issue is there are a lot of apps for work that I use that are Windows only so I'd have to use VMware everytime I need to use them.

Battery life is one of my few gripes with surface at 4 hours, but for the features it gives me I'm willing to compromise

Since the pro will be sold through out stores, I'll wait for a price drop. But Ill definitely check it out. Of course, if the reviews destroy it, Ill wait for another.

The Razor Edge seems promising but its more expensive.

saw somebody working on the new retina mac the other day and it looked like frankenstein fukkin like 20 adapters hanging off the thing

i just got the 64gb iphone, my 32gb stayed full. i dont personally need 128gb on my ipad, but i'm sure somebody does

I love it. I'm all for options, plus it's a step away from the "the cloud is best for everyone, always" mentality that so many manufacturers are insistent on nowadays.
