I do the same now. I turn my computer on and lay down for a bit. Get up and make breakfast and read.

Before working from home I would sit in traffic for 30 minutes to go 5 miles and just sit at my desk for an hour and not do anything. So for me, it's the same without wasting gas.

These guys act like when they're at work they're working 8-10hrs a day. Nobody I know (that works in an office/wfh) is working 8 of the 8hrs or whatever. I'd say a high percentage find comparable amounts of free time in an office or WFH, depending on their work personalities. It's just the stuff you can do when you WFH is awesome

Commutes are definitely terrible, but I understand Apple pulling this. They just built their new campus and prolly have tax agreements contingent on that, they pay well, and the apple stimulus is amazing for your resume.

everyone at my job is definitely cheating and bullshytting on the phone, because no ones gonna catch them in their own house
and as much as i love WFH, im not that skilled that my company couldnt eventually replace me with a few napoleons so workers should tread carefully

companies better embrace hybrid instead of the 5-day tho. you can get plenty of interaction in 2 days a week. the 5 day commute is dead

Both me an my girl be working from home chilling. Yesterday I was able to get a cut in the morning and take my son to pre-k. I got a life to live plus I’m in a profession where I can’t be replaced with habbi so what makes you think I’m going ever going back
