Robert has seemed sedated all season, Kenny is Eric Jr and Rishi is a loan shark’s dream client.

And it’s nuts that Harper is about to take down a legacy firm like Pierpoint. Some lazy ass writing by the show runner. Suddenly the Pierpoint cast offs join together to destroy the company that didn’t want them anymore.

Pier has nothing and no one to blame but themselves, betting the house on dog shyt ESG stocks just like Lehman bet the house on subprime mortgages.
The Rishi ep was what if Pier was a human being? It's all emotional gambling and getting lucky once in a while
But after all the conferences, and corp charity tax write off campaigns, and meetings after meetings, and coked out orgies, what do you got?

The show gave us at least three examples of her being treated a certain way in one episode.

Know a lot of woman who work in professional jobs and are extremely attractive, and it's a real struggle to be taken seriously on any level. There is a crippling cognitive dissonance about every invite, every dinner, every lunch, because on one level, that's how business is done, on another level, they always expect some kind of come on, which if they accept, will probably negate any business, or become industry gossip. And if they don't accept some level of flirting, they probably don't get a deal.

Still can’t believe how much this show has leveled up, every episode has been firing on all cylinders. The grin on my face seeing Daria, Kenny, and Jackie sat up in the meeting room like a scorned GoT house ready to take down Pierpoint. Wonder what they got cooking up for Venetia in all of this.

Enjoyed those wholesome moments between Yas and Harper, but it was only a matter of time with both of them being ticking time bombs. Harper throwing out awfully similar insults as Yas’ father, but the show’s writing makes it believable and not out of nowhere knowing how narcissistic Stern is.

It also felt good seeing Rob with the shyts and giggles after being placed under so much damn undeserved scrutiny in the previous episode. Liked that they had him, Sweetpea, and Anraj all end up in that break room, like a safe haven away from Pierpoint’s madness. It’s a small moment but I appreciated it, lol.

Every character in the show is flawed, it's not just men. What woman on this show is strong or living a healthy life while being a well adjusted person lol? Also I'm not sure how getting your dikk sucked in front of your daughter is "male energy." That's just being a deviant.

oh 100% there's some of that, but the thing is not everyone beautiful or even attractive has that personality. Or even has that confidence. And, she's in a ranking position, which gives her credibility on some level, and status. I know those same types, but also know a lot of women that just get totally twisted in those dynamics.

Same with servers, anyone in the hospitality industry. think they lose a part of themselves, they forget what they like and what they want, because they have to take a barrage of come on's, jokes, suggestive remarks, that shyt is so irritating to be around. I get a lot of flirtatious treatment from service indsutry, but I never play that power game of making them play.
