I just got done watching the S2 finale. Harper is one cut throat ass bytch and I fukk with her, but kinda dislike it at the same time.
Im like, I love the cut throat shyt she does, but then I'm like show some fukking loyalty

She really fukked over Rish/Daniel AFTER she brought them in on her plan to to leave. Then she fukks this nikka right before he gets married.
Hopefully this kenny/Yas story is done. Im so tired of that shyt. Nice for Yas to finally get told the reality instead of this fake shyt she was trying to do because she was made her dad slept around. Once she got that Private Wealth promotion she thought she was better than everybody.

I'm not sure what Eric saw that made him flip on Harper.

A lot of things, but there's scene at the wedding where he looks back and Yas and Harper are having like a girls moment, laughing, and Eric kind of looks back, they don't see him, but he kind of has an expression, like what am I doing? You can read that scene any way, but I took it as he was reminded how young and immature she was/is, and could he really trust her?

HR wise - for that job/culture they cultivated there, that is normal. Eric cultivates that stuff. Kenny was cultivating it before he sobered up, which is why Yas was being hard on Ven when she first got there. Also you see how the higher ups handle HR shyt. Adler wants them to sweep the SA shyt with Nicole under the rug. Even before that Hilary was lowkey pressuring Yasmine(and succeeded) not to talk about the stripper shyt Kenny did. It's a toxic/competitive environment. It's why that place Daria works at now sorta took shots at the culture when they had that meeting.

Rishi/Eric - some of that may be more familiarity shyt. Like he wouldnt have screamed on Adler like that. Hell did he do all the screaming and shyt when Adler was on the floor? I cant remember if he did or not. That whole floor is used to screaming matches and shyt like that, it's a high stress environment. I also think it's a real thing. It's the "chad"/"dudebro" culture. Damn near all the trading/investment shows in the last few years had these elements. It also allows the shows to do a plotline of "culture change" at some point. Eric may have a talk with Rish at some point on "im a partner now and you dont speak to me like that"

Idk Rish's specific job title, but his job is very important. He controls the "flow", something to do with pricing and moving large blocks of shares. Even in them meetings the core 3 took he was like "I gurantee your team has heard of me" and talking his shyt.
