I like the music this season. It really fit the action. In fact, I wasn't even sure if the "camera" sounds were from the song of from the actual photographers taking photos.

The class warfare analysis scenes between Huck and Rob was excellent. Lots of quotes. Can run that back.

I can't explain it...but I really loved the conversation they were having just before the ball pit fight.
I might go so far as to say it was my favorite dialog of the entire series.

I wouldn’t say that at all

This show is routinely showing these folks are emotionally stunted narrow minded people who will turn on everyone or are incredibly incompetent and will be saved just by the fact of how much money they already had.

None of them are living real glamorous except for the old folks who already came from money or have significant years in the game

I have a feeling that this show will end up being the anti-Billions.
There's no real "wealth porn" here...nobody is actually having fun and nobody is "cool".

If Harper were on Billions she would be a super genius mastermind, with schemes withing schemes while quoting popular movies. (And probably some hip hop lyrics from songs with mainstream popularity, because she's black ). On this show ultimately she's a backstabber with no friends

This might be kind of a controversial take, but I think the "class" stuff as presented on this show makes the UK come off WORSE than the US.
In THIS world, you can be as rich as humanly possible, but there's going to be someone out there who still looks down on you because their elite Lord grandfather had a higher title than your elite Lord grandfather.

And if you're grandfather WASN'T a lord, some guy (probably in financial trouble himself) can look at your Lord friend and say "The rules say...keep a muzzle on your bytch!"

In comparison, I'd rather have the US's "low class" tech Billlionare oligarch equivalents

There's a lot of that on the East Coast, country clubs and that kind of WASP thing-- and in really wealthy enclaves in Southern Cali, but right, the whole lords and monarchy add a level to it,

I only watched one or two episodes of Billions, and wasn't impressed. That seemed like "boardroom porn" to me. It wasn't as gritty, or as intense, or as realistic to a degree as Industry-

yeah the thing that I love is that isn't really a message show. or a hero show. and I don't really agree with the idea they are all miserable. No more miserable than anyone else, but I do think it shows that people who work at Goldman or run huge companies are really just people with money. A friend of mine was in that world, and that's what she always says. She spent time on their compounds, dated guys with 100m, all that. She said a lot of them are really unimpressive up close.

Industry just kind of showing a world and how it works. and then zeroing in on the people in it. That argument about capitalism/class, lots of great points from both players.

I just got done watching the S2 finale. Harper is one cut throat ass bytch and I fukk with her, but kinda dislike it at the same time.
Im like, I love the cut throat shyt she does, but then I'm like show some fukking loyalty

She really fukked over Rish/Daniel AFTER she brought them in on her plan to to leave. Then she fukks this nikka right before he gets married.
Hopefully this kenny/Yas story is done. Im so tired of that shyt. Nice for Yas to finally get told the reality instead of this fake shyt she was trying to do because she was made her dad slept around. Once she got that Private Wealth promotion she thought she was better than everybody.

I'm not sure what Eric saw that made him flip on Harper.
