You can then just go about your life and wait for an email about a test. Simple stuff, you're guaranteed to take a test so you all will get a chance if you want to.
And if in a couple months you realize it's not for you, then just don't take the test when they ask

I don't know exactly how they score, but obviously being fast and accurate is how you're probably going to do well.
Think you have 2.5 hrs to take the test, when I went there I was one of the last ones out the door and I got picked so take that for what it is.
