Old pic, Logitech G29 wheel/shifter/pedals with Playseat Evolution chair, Sony 85". Setup for PC gaming, I have Forza Horizon 4, Forza Motorsport 7, Project Cars 2.0, Grid, Assetto Corsa and few others. Plan on selling the rig and getting a Fanatec DD setup with Next Level Racing rig.

sweeeeet!

do you keep the rig there at all times or move it when not in use?

also do you game on PC?

no update on my TS-XW but the cheap ferrari wheel I ordered came in tonight…so I can at least play around with it and get a slight feel for it…no force feedback tho

I move it when I'm not using.

Yea, I have a gaming pc that I built. I was gonna get an Xbox but when I found out all the titles were the same and available from the Windows store, I decided to build a pc, plus it's easy to upgrade parts when needed. I am gonna get a PS5, already preordered Gran Turismo 25th Edition Steelbook.

Once you start using the wheel with those racing games, there is no going back to a controller.

yo this is fun…granted I’m on the shytty wheel so it’s like playing with no rumble…whereas the real wheel I have coming in will probably feel like a dualsense in comparison…took a few seconds for my actual driving habits to come into play like driving with my hands at 8 and 4 instead of 10 and 2…I’m gonna have to get used to using both feet tho…when I drive I keep one foot on the gas but use the same foot to brake if necessary…that doesn’t seem like it’s gonna work here tho since this wheel stand has a big ass bar in the middle…playing FH2 fast and furious

wow…the wheel sets the proper tone…I find myself driving waaay more seriously in game and wanting to commit fewer mistakes/errors…definitely gonna end up getting a rig…this cheap wheel has a clamp…the other one will screw in but even with the screws I can already tell when I need to take a hard turn the wheel stand is gonna slightly lean in that direction…plus with a rig I will have the freedom of using just one foot to hit the gas or tap the brakes…shyt is dope tho

gonna just focus on the rig for xbox…between game pass, EA play and games I got in the past that I didn’t get around to, I have like 14 racing games on xbox vs just one on playstation…if GT7 ends up being really dope tho then I might have a first world problem on my hands

thrustmaster TH8A shifter review…bigger and sturdier than I thought…time-stamped to when he actually tries it out…still impressed by how immersive this is

the wheel I ordered is taking long af to ship…considering canceling it and going with a more reasonably priced wheel that still offers force feedback :patrice:

*edit*

was considering “downgrading” to the thrustmaster TX leather edition but that shyt is backordered too and I’d probably have to wait longer for it to arrive than the other wheel smh

damn wheel finally shipped—31 lbs

I think this shyt weighs more than the wheel stand :picard:

*edit*

wheel stand is about the same weight so 60 lbs total…I hope these lockable castor wheels I ordered for the wheel stand work
